Handcrafted Peacock Art Plate

This RARE peacock Bassano Italian decorative plate bears a stamp on the back and was created in 1980. It appears to be handpainted. It is meant to be hung. It has crackling on the back of the plate.  On the front of the plate there is some crackling around the central peacock only. I had to inspect it carefully to find it! And will be unnoticeable whwn hung on a wall. The wear consistent with its age is reflected in the price. Please inspect photos carefully.
