Handknit pointelle pattern sweater with balloon sleeves and mockneck. Oversized boxy fit. Offwhite, light cream colour. The yarn has some subtle sheen. This sweater is absolutely lovely. But I purchased it as a wool knit, and it is actually a synthetic and wool blend, and I'm allergic to synthetics. Lightly worn. calypteanna @eb_threads Apologies for the crazy late reply, I totally forgot to answer your question. I was unpacking some sweaters today, and that jogged my memory. The neck opening is approx 19 cm or 7.5" across at the top, in case you're still interested.

calypteanna @crondquist Hi! The sweater is handknit and has no tags. Therefore I can't say what the fabric composition is. I did a burn test on a piece of extra yarn from the sweater, and it indicated synthetic content, not pure wool. Hope that clarifies!
