cathydenton That could mean 5% or 95%, that's the problem. Acrylic is most often used in Asian yarns to make items more cheaply. It completely changes the texture and suppleness of scarves and garments made with low percentages of Yak and genuine Pashima made in Asia, and Alpaca-blends made in Peru once they are washed, regardless of handwashing in cold water and laying flat to dry. I've learned the hard way.
