Handmade 14g sterling silver and lapis septum ring, 9mm ID

very cute and well made septum ring. needs pliers to get it in properly. 14 gauge and 9mm inner diameter sterling silver and genuine cabochon cut lapis lazuli stone with beaded edge design. bought on etsy but it doesn't complement my facial features the way I was hoping. has been sterilized but recommend you re-sterilize before putting in!
