Handmade 16” Teddy Bear, Collectors Item, Repurposed Vintage Black Seal Fur

16” Collectable Black Seal Fur Teddy Bear - made from a repurposed vintage fur coat. Fur is very soft and jet black. A few random white and reddish brown furs/hairs can been seen if you look closely as this fur is natural, not dyed. Bear’s head, arms and legs are moveable. Paw pads are covered with black fabric. - Brown plastic eyes - Black plastic nose - Firm stuffing (unknown material), no pellets/beads Measures 16" in length; 12” when sitting. Bear has a white lace collar around her neck and the original tag that is fastened with a black ribbon. Original tag reads: M.A.D. about BEARS “Black Seal” Hi, My Name is…. “Lily” (I am not a toy.) Made by Donna McMicking (Nackawic, New Brunswick, Canada) In very good preowned condition. She has the characteristics of a handmade bear — well made though not perfectly symmetrical.
