Stretchy approx size M. (I’m 5’7” and was 145lbs at the time with larger breasts). Hang is just below knees. Great as a casual beach bar dress or over your swimsuit.

landersales1 @paris7799 hi again. Not stretched P2P 16” It is an empire waist but the open stitch portion under the chest is 14.75” across Widest hip area (depends upon your waist length is 18” across. Does that help?
