Place the tile on your lap, close your eyes, or relax your vision, or focus on the colour variations on the tile and the shape of the patterns. Next, relax your mind, run your fingers round the wavy shapes, feeling the imperfections and perfections, try to keep your mind clear, no pressure though, if there’s a thought that pops into your head, gently push it away and focus on the feelings of the Labyrinth underneath your fingers. Enjoy this process for a few minutes at first and gradually build up the length of time you spend on your meditation.
