Handmade Halter Swing Dress

I'm devastated to be letting this go, but it no longer fits. gorgeous colour, very mermaid like. There is no stretch to the dress and I'm not sure what the fabric is measurements laid flat: pit to pit 18" waist 16" small hole near the hem (pictured) on the back side
