Indigenous Ribbon Skirt. Black with 3 ribbons along the hem, white, light blue, dark blue. is not lined. velcro closure so can be more customizable for size. tag on the interior says waist 31, and length 31. waist 31 is equivalent to about a size 10. take this & the measurements below into consideration. would be closer to full length / maxi skirt. condition: the middle light blue ribbon has a couple runs in it; as pictured. other than that there is no wear, pilling, staining, or holes. waist is 14" length is 31.5" bin - C37
