Handmade Inuit Arctic Parka Coverup Layer Windbreaker

Super nice hooded handmade wool parka over-layer. Purchased it to go with a parka but the colors don’t entirely match so I’m selling this one and looking for another. (Parka not included - this is a traditional top layer/wind break layer.) Approximate size women’s’ large. Flying geese accents!
