- Handmade by me - 6.5carat London Blue Topaz ( lab made gem ) 15mm x 10mm - 14K Gold Filled wire and chain - 18" Pendant measures; 21mm long / .83" - December Birthstone - 4th Anniversary Gem This pendant is just so pretty. The gem is a gorgeous, deep London blue briolette that was hand faceted. I have wire wrapped the pendant and suspended from a lovely cable style chain. There is a matching earring which is sold separately so if you like having matched sets I can always combine ship for you.
