Medium weight cotton type fabric printed with lemons and leaves edged in lace with yellow waistband Back zip and button close VGUC No tags Waist 14” Length 31” Colours may vary due to lighting and other factors. Measures are approximate and are done flat. To get your best fit please take clothes that fit well and measure them. Multiply numbers seen here by two to get waist chest measures and leg openings. bewtefulthreads @loveisall22 the waist measures 28” (14” flat lie) usually I subtract an inch or so to get true waist size. So I think small would fit. If you have a skirt that fits well higher up lay it flat and measure side to side to get flat measure, that is the most accurate way. It is a lovely piece.
