Handmade Mandarin Collar Swing Dress

This amazing dress was handmade by heartmycloset on Etsy. Go check her out! Its measurements are 35" bust, 27" waist, and 36" hips. It also comes with a matching belt! The skirt is a midi length in mermaid style (form-fitting at the hips and free around the knees). It also features a mandarin style collar and zips up in the back. Only worn once, but please do note that it has a small dirt scuff on the bottom of the inner liner.
