@devsand You're welcome! The waist measures 32" relaxed and it can stretch up to 78". the top, hip and bottom of the skirt are the same measurement, I just use elastic to pull in the waist smaller. The length is 26". Hope the measurements work for you.

@devsand The large and XL are the same measurements except for the elastic in the waist. That means, the elastic in the waist of the large is 2" inches shorter. All other measurements are the same.
