Handmade Raku pottery decorative crab plate bowl Beautifully made Raku plate or bowl showing a detailed crab with gorgeous play of colour and iridescence of blues, purples, pinks, orange, and every colour in between. Must be seen in hand to be appreciated. ❤️It’s lovely!❤️ The crab is slightly raised, or low relief, or bas-relief. The plate does rise up at the edges creating a low bowl effect. It has some weight to it. It’s difficult to show how amazing this piece is, I just can’t seem to get the right angles. Measures approximately 9 3/8” x 9 1/4” x 1 1/2” deep Typical crazing in Raku is completely normal. Sits nicely on a flat surface but could be mounted to hang if desired.
