Handmade Vintage Cottagecore Boho Dress

This handmade dress is so lovely and versatile! I’m not sure what era this is from (probably 90’s but could be earlier) or what the fabric is. It feels super silky and soft and has a gorgeous sheen to it. And yes I also realize now I probably should have got out my steamer so I apologize for the wrinkles.
