Handmade Wool Plaid Tartan Yoke Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @michelleperr898. I absolutely loved it, but it no longer fits, so I am offering the chance to someone else to own a wonderful handmade plaid skirt. - I wore it only a few times, it is still in great shape! -Very comfortable - Length is appropriate for all types of events, but not too long either.
