Handmade dainty delicate silver ring with red stone, size 6.5-6.75

Handmade by an artisan dainty ring. With one round deep red ruby color stone (likely art glass). The wire looks like sterling silver, but can't say for sure. The wire arrangements near the red bead look like Celtic knots. Size 6.5-6.75. In excellent condition.
