Flattering ruching at the shoulders and elastic gathered waist; lightweight flowy polyester satiny fabric; wide boatneck neckline; it is fairly sheer, a slip or bodysuit underneath works or just wear as a beach dress. Measurements laid flat: Waist unstretched: 10.5” stretched fully: 19” Pit to pit: 20” Length from neckline to hem: 31”
