Handmade floral quilted jacket

Literally suuuuuuuuch a cool find???? Just not the right fit across my hips! This is a one of a kind, handmade floral quilted liner jacket with wide bell sleeves and ruffles and velvet piping on the cuffs and collar. The ruffles and velvet go all the way down the buttons too! Fully fleece lined. No size but fits M best? 22” across the chest when buttoned. The sleeves are quite long and go past my wrists.
