Handmade opalescent painted pottery bowl, full moon home altar offering bowl

Amateur pottery, made by yours truly! This wheel thrown pottery vase was finished with several surface decorating techniques, including deep carving to the sides and detailed underglaze painting in various colours to create this semi-opalescent effect suggesting the crystals of a chandelier at night time in an Art deco era movie (film Noir), twinkling under a full moon. This was one of my learning pieces that I will be moving along to be able to create and learn more going forward. Perfect to inject a delicate touch of colour to a minimalist space, or to decorate a home altar. Signed YB on the bottom (that´s me!) Size: 6-1/4 inches diameter (16 cm), 4-1/4 inches tall (11 cm).
