Handmade pioneer woman prairie dress

I have nowhere to wear this (tragically) 😩 I don't know the age of this piece, but I don't think it's particularly old. It was certainly handmade by someone, maybe as a costume! It's giving Gunne Sax/prairie dress vibes. Unsure of composition but the fabric is quite light and airy, would guess that it's a thin cotton blend. Would recommend for a women's size XS or S - please refer to the measurements below.
