Handmade statement vintage necklace, natural turquoise inlay, bakelite (?) beads

One of a kind vintage bold statement necklace. Handmade. In like new condition. With natural blue turquoise inlaid in solid brass, red corals, large turquoise color stones and two very large beads of butterscotch amber color, possibly bakelite. 18" around the neck, 12" drop length. Western Southwestern Tibetan Tribal Traditional style.
