Handmade velvet blazer jacket. Fully lined. Size M

Gorgeous handmade velvet jacket. Fully lined with puff details at shoulders, darts at the elbows & great attention to detail. There are no tags so I’ve included pics with measurements. I believe it is vintage. Very light wear for velvet except for a tiny cut in the material on the back (pictured).
