Hand painted FOLEY Teacup 1920s

Antique teacup Made by EB Foley between 1919 and 1930 Lovely hand painted blue flower pattern with gold trim Looks fantastic with no cups or noticeable flaws. However, it does not ring properly so there must be an invisible crack somewhere. This cup is 100 years old and great to display. Priced low to reflect condition.
