It’s a black linen dress with a drawstring waist and adjustable straps in a apron style. Measures from top of apron 24” to bottom hem Waist with drawstring not pulled is 10” Highly versatile size 34 or US size 2 Fits s/m and would fit sizes 2-6 easily given style Megan Markle has also worn this designer 🥰.
