The texture is liquidy and has sheer to medium buildable coverage. I can not complete cover-up dark circles but I was pleasantly surprised on how well it softened the look of them and brightens the skin. It also looks natural on my bare skin. I did find this creased in my lower eyelid fold you have to tap it out every 4-5 hours day. Wear:It wears close to 10 hours on bare skin but you can make it last longer with setting it with a powder. Packaging: Is a bottom twist up pen with a soft brush tip. It takes a lot of cranking up to get the product started at the brush tip. I feel like for a concealer they could have done away with the  brush as most of the product soaks into the tip.
