Fits S/M in my opinion, has lined cups & adjustable straps but no openings - it’s gotta be pulled on over the head (unless you have tiny hips). Band is 13” and has some stretch (not much though), strap length is 17” at shortest and 20” when fully extended. Great layering piece in the summer with jorts and a button up shirt.
