Harper & Me Navy Blue Lace Overlay Midi Dress

This is a beautiful form fitted lace overlay high-low dress. There is a nude slip underneath and the sleeves and back train are see through. I’ve only worn this once to a work event and it is in perfect condition! It would be a perfect dress for any formal event or wedding!
