A dress from Hot Topic's original FBAWTFT collection, inspired by MACUSA's President Picquery. Very good used condition. Some minor wear under arms and on the bottom edges of the front satin panels. This dress has a heavy, sturdy feel to it and looks so flattering on. Features an off-the-shoulder neckline, a printed front panel, overskirt with full gold satin lining, and decorative buttons down the back. It's a dream to twirl in!
