Good used condition. This shirt is extremely soft and comfortable, feeling almost like a flannel. No fabric tags attached, but it feels like cotton. Has a worn-in look and feel. No tears, stains, or missing buttons. Some threads unravelling on interior seam behind buttons, not visible from exterior (third from last photo). Please see photos for measurements.
