May be a loose gear on the inside? I find the back warms up a bit to the touch. This may be due to the gears working hard, trying to move the tail, but the tail is not moving. Unsure how to fix this. The mouth doesn't move properly as the bottom jaws clip is broken and not attached. Perhaps with a little super glue and reattachment, it should be fine again. Right now, the mouth is just floppy. NO ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. FLAWS The rubber mouth has a tear between the fabric cloth and rubber underneath the mouth. With this opening, the repair on the mouth will be easier. The rubber mouth has some marking and discoloration on the inside. The tail and hair have some yellowing and stains. It gives the horse a more realistic look, though. The plush fur has some discoloration and stains. The plastic hooves have scratch marks and scuffs. The battery compartment is clean. No batteries included. This is a huge fur real friends toy.
