Hatley Boys Navy Blue Dragons Rain Boots

Loved these boots. SO cute when worn. Actual boots are in good condition (no holes or rips), considering they were worn by an active toddler. There are mud stains on the bottom edges, as seen in photos. Also took the insoles out to show the use. Toddler size 7 (i find their boots big, so please go by measurements)
