Hatley bohemian blue on blue pinstriped embroidered/ tie-up neckline top Size XS

Hatley 100% organic cotton bohemian blue on blue pinstriped embroidered/ tie-up keyhole neckline top. Size XS. Is new with tags but does have a flaw on the front where the fabric didn't stitch correctly?? Not to sure but is a manufacturer defect, last 2 photos show the defect.
