@slytwyn hello! I would say it fits a medium and smaller, very comfortably, but of course it depends on your personal shape and measurements. Flat it measures 15” across (30” around), and the fabric does not have a lot of stretch, so it’s better if it’s slightly loose. Hope that helps : )
