Haute Couture Black Dress with Velvet and Rhinestone Accents

Stunning dress, approximate size 4-6, There are no labels or identifying tags on this dress. Purchased from an Estate sale. I believe this dress is from the 80's, vintage. Material feels like silk and dress is very well made. Some of the seams are professionally sewn by hand, the velvet on eash shoulder is one piece, no seams on top of the shoulders, the velvet waist has boning in the front middle to keep belt held in place, the rhinestones are also sewn on, not glued. Shoulder pads are sewn into the dress. Craftsmanship suggest high-end couture.
