This seersucker (technically plisse) material has a scattered Hawaiian style hibiscus flower print rendered in purple and blue on a bright white background. This would make adorable girl's dresses or bloomers! Unsure of exact fabric content, however it does feel and press like cotton. Marked R.E.D original designs on the selvage edge.
