Made in Hawai'i! Red dress with white and gold plumeria blossoms, 100% cotton. Sweetheart neckline, adjustable straps (buttons), full pleated skirt. Elastic at back, for adjustability. Size 2x, according to the label. Normally I wear size 12 or 14. Never worn- a gorgeous dress but just not my style.
