Hayden size small mini ruffle birds oversized spring dress

This dress is everything. It's so beautiful. It fits quite oversized and is super flowy. The sleeves have elastic at the "cuff". It's new with tags. The only gremlin is some tiny black dotting (not mould) you can very clearly tell it is black ink, but looks very much like it was a print defect not any other issue. It is also very small and not noticeable.
