Excellent condition. Scalloped sweetheart neckline and spaghetti strap detail, cascading tulle skirt with thin horsehair TRIM. It's a size 4 and I'm 5'2. It's quite long and believe the length could work for a female up to 5'4. Bust 34 B, waist at the time 25.5. Minimal alterations made. purchased in July 2017 at Sash and Bustle.
