HeadBand Hat “Halloween - Victorian / SteamPunk

This is a great little hat that sits on the side of the head with the help of a headband. Not vintage but vintage and steampunk inspired. I would keep it forever but the materials won’t last. Worn once for a party. Would love it to go to a new home. Wire shaped hat with feathers, sequins, buttons and ribbons. Could always a cameo brooch for added effect. Love this piece. Hat measures 6 inches circumference and 3 inches in height.
