Health Medics heat/cold pack

This hot or cold pack can be used on the shoulders, neck, lower back, or even on the front of your body. It can be warmed in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. The strap attached to the pack has the rough Velcro and the longer elastic strap is the other piece that you attach the velcro too so it is easily adjustable. I used this once, does not come in original box. * Please know that many of my items are second hand and while I do my best to describe the precise condition of every item in my closet, there are items that may have little deficiencies that I don't notice until I have shipped the item to you.
