Heart Shaped Silver Tone Ring With Dark Stone Adjustable

The metal is in excellent condition. You can see imperfections in the stone under magnification. I’m not sure if the stone is anything. It could just be some type of resin or it could be amber. It doesn’t register on my gem tester. It’s not glass.
