Hearts and Roses flocked polka dot dress

Sooo cute, dress with velvet flocked polka dots, sweet heart neckline, halter, ribbon sash and built in crinoline. I wore this once to a wedding and felt like a million bucks. Size XXL but fits small, 14-16 to be comfortable, knee length on 5'4" height. Non smoking pet friendly home 🏡
