When they are adjusted they stay put and don't slip, which is hard to find in a pair of suspenders. Because the metal stays put so well, teeth marks stay in the fabric (see photos). But it doesn't affect the elastic nor the performance of these suspenders There is some slight discolouration in the white part in places, but not very noticeable (very slight yellowing) Metal parts have some very small scratches in places Material: Unsure.
