Heavy industrial statement necklace from Belfast OOAK industrial steampunk

bought from a market on a vacation to Belfast N Ireland over 15 years ago. the 3 inch energy wheel is 1 inch of glass at its widest spot The glass has no chips or cracks but minor scratches the metal and strap are distressed so they had signs of wear from day one This is a heavy high quality wearable art piece despite its ruggedness, it has no pokey or scratchy parts when I wear it. 20 inch around with 3 inch drop I am so reluctant to sell it, but I havent worn it for over 5 years, and this is a piece that deserves to be worn artist and metal are unknown
