hi, I think they are youth girls 7. the tag also says WO’S 8, which I think means equivalent to women’s size 8.

https://www.famousfootwear.com/kids-shoe-size-chart in the faq’s “how to convert to kid’s sizes” it says add 1.5 or 2 to big kids size to get the equivalent women’s size!
