This beautiful and unique coffee service set is made for serving Rudesheimer kaffee. The Rüdesheimer Kaffee is an alcoholic coffee drink from Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, invented in 1957 by the German television chef Hans Karl Adam.
It consists of sugar cubes, Asbach Uralt, a brandy, coffee, and whipped cream with sprinkled chocolate.
This beverage is popular today and is served in cafes in special coffee cups from this set.
This set has landscape motifs of Rüdesheim am Rhein and text in red on high quality white porcelain. Made in Germany by Heinrich Villeroy & Boch, 1973.
In excellent condition. No chips, cracks, crazing, etc. The design is crisp and clear. No signs of use.
This set includes five pieces:
- teapot with lid (10 in tall, 1L, about 4 cups of coffee
- sugar bowl with lid (3.5 in tall)
- creamer (4.25 in tall)
