annettebarke956 judging by the chart a 2x is around 36", is there any stretch as I have issues that can change my waist size through swelling. 36" is usually a safe bet but I feel better if there's a little stretch.

themsmeow @d_struthers uk sizes are generally one size smaller . This listing has Uk M, L which converts to the medium being a US small, the L would be a US medium and the Uk 20 here converts to a US 18. I hope this helps . Please feel free to ask anything you need:)
