Sky blue petticoat from Hell Bunny, to wear with swing skirts and dresses and complete a 50s retro pinup/ rockabilly or lolita look. Waistband is elasticized and adjustable - there is a section at the waist where it is very easy to pull the elastic out and there are many notches and a button in the elastic for adjustment purposes.
